Everything was fine..the staff was super friendly..its a new hotel,the smell of new furniture was there,but its fine,.room was awesome.. good value for money, helpful & friendly staff, transport to and from ferry terminal provided. The bathtub and the room was so awesome.. Cosy and modern design of the room. Nice clean rooms, excellent service.
alla recensioner » The queitness n peaceful millieu. Friendly staff, walking distand to spa, swimming pool. Very good for a getaway to relex. Room is very neat & tidy. With full amenties except showercap. I will stay at this hotel again. Everything was above average... Staff is nice, the breakfast was delicious. Room is spacious, new and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Friendly approach of the customer representative supervisor. Big spacious room with a good free breakfast included. The food is nice the room also nice service good. The staffs are friendly and prompt. Spacious room Greenery location. the staff are all friendly. It just location far from town area,but there is a mall walking distance with the hotel,(kepri mall). bath room is flooding when taking shower, bad drainage design. Location of the hotel. 1) A 3 story hotel so No lifts, had to climb all the way to 3rd floor to our rooms 2) Swimming pool open to public and a 4 mins walk frm hotel 3) Food service for Breakfast buffet was slow, food ran out and had to tell staff to top up quickly. It was a Public holiday weekend, hotel was full. Need to install exhaust fan in toilet instate of window. Spa n gym not within the building. - No Lift - No Menu for room service - out area for dinning got houseflys - repeated my order for 3times still came the wrong order. -Wanted to book again for my next trip but the rates went up by more than 60% - no shops nearby. Its a new hotel and there are some disadvantages. My room water heater was not working well... The stairs is quite troublesome... Bathroom is flooded. there is no lift so it is very tiring for us to walk up to 3rd storey with young kids and baby.Breaksfast is not up to standard. Location is not very convenient, a bit far from town. Kepri Mall nearby (10 mins walk) has nothing much except Timezone. Buffet service. Hotel stuffs need to check email and reply to travellers enquiry promptly. The place is a bit deserted, no nice scenery. The pool is quite outdated. No lobby No lift No room service. have 3 shuttle van but only 1 driver. The swimming pool for kids playground is badly damage with rust all parts. They should close it and do some repair. Just miss to take photos of it.
