  The staff were so friendly and willing to assist in any way necessary. The room was spotless & exceeded our expectations. Bed linen & towels were white 'and I mean white' and felt like new.   This hotel is new and the location is really the best, right in the middle of restaurants, bars, cafes and everything that you need. It is just 10 minutes walk to the beach but feels very close because you walk conveniently through all the souvenirs shops. I was lucky that my room is upgraded to a deluxe room facing the pool. Overall the hotel itself is clean and ni - My best stay in bali so far, feels like I stayed in a resort while actually I was in the middle of busy legian. Great location, big pool, fantastic room, very confortable bed, excellent services, delicious breakfast with a lot of variety but most of all I like the rooftop bar. It has incredible view at day time and very romantic atmosphere at night. I really love this hotel and definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

  ABSOLUTLEY EVERYTHING! After checking into a hotel we booked online and checked out half an hour later (a whole other story) we began scouring letsbookhotel.com for somewhere cheap, clean and comfortable as a minimum. The location of the hotel was perfect for us aswell, very easy to get to and from places. All the other guests that stayed at hotel terrace where very respectful. I would defiantly stay at hotel terrace again.

  I went to Bali for 9 night and stayed at Kuta Playa as it was located on the beach and close to everything. I hired a pool villa as I was looking for total privacy and a little luxury. The minute I walked in the front gate the is what I was greated by. It was awesome, I could not fault it. The villa was large and beautiful, it was decorated nicely... vad folk säger » and was rather large. The private pool was beautiful. I loved everything about the Kuta Playa, will be back for sure. The staff are excellent. - We love the high bed n the seaview balcony....the staffs always greeted us with a friendly smile. Breakfast is ok not much variety should have pancakes, muffins or bagel not Soto soup.... We love the way the chambermaid tidy n clean our room....she really put in effort n details to her work...such a great worker...too bad we could not remember her name! As for the rest all are great!! Keep up with the good work...definitely will choose this hotel again when visit Bali!

  Turn left walking 300m is the famous Legian street, meanwhile turn right 300m then is the famous kuta beach. When I booked it said no breakfast but there is a "morning bites" serve every morning, is good for quick bite but taste so so. Is really value of money! - We stayed for 3 nights, we loved it. We didnt hear the noise from the bars/lounges a... vad folk säger » round us. We had good night sleep. The location is also good, close to 24hours mart. Quite safe. We will come back for sure with our children.
