The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza. Thanks very much to all the wonderful staff who helped

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the recreational and pool bar staff (Smiley, Madimadi, Oki etc) and the breakfast staff. The rooms were well maintained by efficient and friendly staff, and the facilities were well presented. Also the grounds staff kept the grounds around the resort in superb condition. Excellent

The location is this hotel is best for traveller who wants to explore Kuta area. The hotel is just beside brand-new place, Beach walk shopping mall and easy to access to Jl.Poppis, Jl. Legian. Kuta beach is also very close. You can see sun-set at the pool. The pool is small but beautiful.

Room was very spacious - we had 9 luggages and it fits all..We had the deluxe suite instead of the deluxe. At the check in, the front desk staff recommended us to upgrade because we have 2 young children and 9 luggages..she was right..it was worth the upgrade. Room was not only spacious, the entertainment system was GREAT! We did not have the pool

We had the most amazing time at The Stones. The pool and surrounding area was gorgeous and the hotel facilities were equal to this. The rooms were well designed, the gym extensive and the staff were always so polite and helpful. The added touches of cleaning your sunnies, a fruit stick or refreshment or face mist, all complimentary when poolside made a real difference and added to the feeling of luxury. modern and the location is a short walk from cheap Kuta and classy
Seminyak, right across the street from a great surf beach. The happy
hour prices were really great and the food by the pools was delicious.

Great hotel, but everyone knows that! Location is excellent and facilities are first class. Rooms are all good, we probably had the most basic (garden view) but they were very new and clean. Good pools and one of the best stretches of beach right out front.

I do not use the word perfection so lightly, but Ayana has come as close
to it as possible.
The resort within resort themed villas, breathtaking design and location, unmatched facilities, attention to even the smallest detail is definitely the best I've ever seen.

It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. -
