  The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin... vad folk säger » . Sigh...didnt get much rest at night too, due to the mosquitoes. Everything is else is good. - Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

  Staff was very helpful from the entrance to the room. Bell boy, Reception, Housekeeping, they all paid attention with guest. I was impressed that. On 11 Sep. i had breakfast at the restaurant ground floor, While I was continued with my e-mail and didn't pay attention with my food on table. His staff name Anton got to my table, recommend me Cinnamo... vad folk säger » n French Toast said it was delicious. I just said yes.. then after finished my e-mail i though he just recommended and gone but I feel he really paid - Strategic location. Excellent breakfast. Free internet. Frequently shuttle bus from the hotel to the Tunjungan Plaza. The gym. The responsiveness of the staffs.
