  Almost everything. The food was pretty good. The Chef came and talked to many of us. That was wonderful. I felt privileged. I ate a lot in such as short span. And the price was quite reasonable for example - Rs.350 For breakfast buffet and Rs. 650 for dinner buffet. If something wasn't available in the menu, the chef and the team were always ready... vad folk säger » to make it available. First time I saw someone giving some sort of orientation, explaining about room, facilities etc. The balcony and the view extre - if we had not stayed before and had excellent service and a very good rooms on our three previous stays we would have thought this was a very poor hotel, when in fact it is a very good hotel. when we complained about room we were told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available, they did offer a good room the second night and for the rest of our stay with a complimentary upgrade so this made it a very good stay overall

  Awesome experience! it is cliff and beach with spacious luxurious cottages with fantastic wood engrave in the door and wooden furniture are comfortable with a royal touch. Clean, well maintained garden, very good, friendly staff with a very good kitchen staff who make awesome food, especially different preparation of sea fish. comfort inside the... vad folk säger » cottage is comparable to star hotel with touch of heritage. I will never forget the dinner on the beach with candle light. Very good experience with - We are highly recommending the Palm Tree Heritage to everyone who are planning to have a great stay in Varkala!!!! The cute small beach just a step from your suite, big comfortable, clean, cooled rooms, restaurant on the send, always fresh food, nice and very mindful and helpful personnel solving all your request at very ease (big compliments to Gopal and the hotel owner)!!! We were treated as a very valuable and very welcomed guest!....for sure we will come back there:) Thank you!
