  Exceptional staff and service. Very well trained and knowledgeable. Butler service was perfect. The view from our room was great as well. We could see the Taj Lake Palace, the City Palace and the Jag Mandir straight ahead. The location is superb, the ambience so romantic, the service is top-notch, the food is great (the chef sent us complimentary dishes that were just delicious!), the views from our room (upgraded to a lake view) were incredible... We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and the hotel couldn't do enough for us. It was the most romantic experience and we wished we could have stayed longer.   Truely an amazing place the Staff are what makes this place exceptional. Best service I have ever experienced. Great atmosphere.   This nice little hotel run by two brothers in Udaipur is a good value for money, well-located place to stay in Udaipur. It is within walking distance of all main attractions and place to go shopping. Actually, Udaipur is a nice place to buy souvenirs and handcrafts from Rajasthan. Really good and attentive staff. Management and staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Arrived very early after an overnight rail journey from Delhi and were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Rooms were made available to us even though it was only just after eight in the morning. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Made some good suggestions for places to see and visit and arranged for a car and driver to stay
