Hotel set in beautiful surrounding. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Treated us with lot of respect and service with a smile Specially the restrant staff - Sanjay, Anupam and Jayant - had excellent customer skills. The room was more than what we expected - so comfortable, clean and well laid out. Television choice was fantastic - spoilt for choice. Breakfast and menu choice was to cater for different catagory of people - something for everyone, which was nice.

Location and the grounds.Bedrooms we're clean and spacious. Very Courteous staff, excellent service, good food. Like every thing at there . Perfect in hospitality. Greenery, food, cleanliness. We found the guest from India didnt have any manners - they seem very stuck up, demanding and didnt respect the staff. The hotel authority with others should ask the road department to keep the road in a good position. Reception staff not helpful. Service was very slow and breakfast choice was very limited. nothing. Expensive food. Maintanence of electronic items like TV which was not functioning in one of the room. Wifi was not available in the room. bed comfort. The way. There was some stale smell in the room, bed is not very comfortable to sleep in, Food is very expensive for a town like Shirdi, Taxi to and from Kopargaon station is unrealistically expensive. The food quality was really pathetic, I was regular customer from last six yrs, this time I m really disappointed. Room Service Pathetic Staff response very poor.
