  The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much ... vad folk säger » trouble. There is also a pool and spa facilities which I unfortunately did not gt the chance to try. I would 100% recommend the Trident! - This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

  We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding.   Instayed in a just renovated room, which was very modern, clean, and comfortable. Very close to the Domestic airport, which was very convenient as I was simply staying over one night in transition from EU to Kerala. Friendly staff. There were all toiletries that you otherwise get from a higher star hotel. It is much much better than the adjacent International Chain Hotel that I always stayed in.   I love this hotel. All the staffs are very helpfull.I checked out and was hanging around and they gave me a room near the kitchen to stay free ontill evening. The hotel has many tv channels that one gets confused as to what to watch.service was very good. The free airport pick ups and high speed of free internet service. I have seen some other hotels in Mumbai in this price range and sometimes they are shockingly bad, but hotel is value for your money.
