Front office very cooperative in all issues they allowed very late check out.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help - starting from the reception to the housekeeping. They'll go out of the way to make small gestures so as to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests. Also the concept of having a theme buffet everyday evening is a nice thing - and the quality of the food was also great.
