This was our first visit to India and we wanted a good hotel for our first few days. We were not disappointed. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we were particularly delighted with the staff. Salman is the kind of guy you would love for a son or son in law, he responded immediately to our booking which we thought was excellent, and has helped enormously with not only our stay, but our future plans. We had a bad experience at the station and he helped with that. He also gave good advice - .
alla recensioner » Have stayed in many karol bagh hotels but decided to stay in this one as it looked new and well made from outside. The hotel was very well furnished. Rooms were clean. Most important was the staff, very polite and always waiting to serve. Location was excellent. Between two important shopping streets and 100m to metro. Will come here again.. The rooms were clean and modern and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was good and always helpful. I was able to leave a bag at the hotel while I went away for two weeks, and all was in order when I came back. This hotel is a good value for the money. Everything at the hotel is excellent. Room, food , service.well done!!. Very Nice Hotel, Value for Money. They have a restuarant that is very very good! We had there a few of there dishes and enjoyed each and every one. The service is good and people are nice try to make you happy and hospitality. Service of Mr.Salman ,very good food,proximity to the shopping area of Ajmal Khan Road. good staff, good food. Stand at the front door and you may get hassled by beggars. Nothing to say. At first I was shown a room without a window which isn't ok with me. As soon as I asked for a different one I was moved. Nothing. The location, is in a very very poor erea, plus the fact that it is across from a girls school, meaning at some hours can get very noisy!. AC was not working properly( temp reading on the indoor unit and actual room temp did not match. ) Water seepage patches inside the room(moss formation),lack of electrical points for using laptop/charging mobile phones,poor surrounding atmosphere. cramped rooms. toilet in the first room did not work. We had two double rooms me and my friend, he was staying in one room and I was supposed to stay in the other with a local friend of mine but no local girls aloud in the rooms were very rude and we didn't need a second room then wouldn't refund one of them even though I didn't sleep there! Staff was laughing at our faces in Hindi! Real disappointment! Saw a mouses crawling around the kitchen as well.
