  Concierge staff were very helpful in getting me Tuk Tuk or taxi in reasonable price and negotiating with those drivers in Hindi. The location is perfect if you attend a conference at the Renaissance Conventional Center. Easy to access nice restaurants along Powai lake area. Room is clean, comfortable and quiet at night.   I love this hotel. All the staffs are very helpfull.I checked out and was hanging around and they gave me a room near the kitchen to stay free ontill evening. The hotel has many tv channels that one gets confused as to what to watch.service was very good. The free airport pick ups and high speed of free internet service. Staff was friendly, room are clean and up to date. For me the location was perfect because I like to travel by local train. Station, Khar road is just around the corner. I have seen some other hotels in Mumbai in this price range and sometimes they are shockingly bad, but hotel is value for your money.
