The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. (They also knew to give us Westnerners toilet paper). The room was a good size and it had a safe. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us check in early when we got off the nig.

If more items are on breakfast meny, like south Indian dishes will be great!. Given the choice between the Sea Green South, from whose balconies you have a view to die for, and the Oberoi, I would not hesitate to go for the former. And I do mean that most sincerely. I stayed at hotel location of hotel is very nice clean and I recommend to my other friend to stay there while you are in Mumbai. The staff were very accommodating, checking us in hours before our scheduled arrival. Non Avaliability of Restaurant at the hotel. nothing. no restaurant in hotel. breakfast ok. Nothing negative. Have to pay for the internet by the hour, sometimes it breaks off half way and the staff at the reception are unable to do anything until 1130am the next day - that's rather appalling. It's a good 30minutes walk to Colaba, where you want to be, so go for something closer, small choice of restaurants available. Wifi is very expensive. Had to pay for Internet,expensive for facilities and India.Porters friendly and helpful but management unhelpful and relatively inflexible. The Hot water in shower is not continous. It comes nice hot in the beginning and then becomes luke warm. Bathroom needs to have a shower screen as water from the shower splashes all over the bathroom including the toilet seats making one feel very uncomfortable. The rooms, the bathroom, the service, the air conditioner made too much noise. Comfort, facilities, staff, breakfast. small bathroom. Rude staff Dirty room Poor service. this is surely not an hotel even low condition guest house no hot water if you don't ask tv not works old room facilities poor room service 3 stars? it would be nice if you pay me back very disappointing from booking not checking before publishing that hole as 3 stars hotel.
