Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now.
India, and mainly Bombay, knows how to welcome guests but this was AWESOME!

Staff at every level are friendly, always look up and acknowledge customers, always making us feel that they appreciate our business.
