The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on
arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Small but important wishes and desires were remembered and taken care of (food allergies, preference for breakfast, room temperature, preferred cushion).

Stayed for 14 nights, felt like home. Never been so comfortable in a hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities could be slightly better (our room had two single beds joined up and there were hardly any rooms with double beds), but the comfort and location makes up for everything. The staff were great, really friendly, really helpful. They didn't have the room that I booked but were happy to upgrade me the next day. The room was clean and comfortable. Location excellent. Would stay there again.
