The apartment is really beautiful and functional and we have very much enjoyed our stay there. The facilities were in impeccable state and the owner greeted us up front in order to hand over the key. Probably a lot of good taste in the apartment is also due to the fact that Mary (the owner) has lived there herself for a few years and so everything necessary is readily available (fridge, stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner). It was an amazing place to have rest and enjoy the friendly and warm hospitality. Completely what you need after a long and exhausted day. Good location, full equiped kitchen, nice forniture, comfortable bed, relaxing atmosphere, clean bathroom, very kind helpful owners and perfect wifi to plan your next day. Everything is just nice, simple and perfect. 100% recommended to anybody, who wants to enjoy the city in calm and peace. Thanks Mary!.
The apartment is roomy, clean, nice equipped. The reason is probably because the owner of the apartment lived in him. Well, we really like this apartment. One of the best which I booked over letsbookhotel.com.

As a note for elderly or disabled visitors - there is indeed no elevator (lift) in the house and the flat is on the 3rd floor (last floor). However, this is the common situation in Budapest and in fact the stairs are rather easy to go up on, so we had no problems with this.
It is on the third floor, without elevator, but this is just normal. Many buildings have no elevator in Budapest. No worries about it.
We only get free welcome beer, no wine. ;-).
Difficult to get free parking in the area.
only one bathroom (for 6 people), no Air-Con., not exactly 3x2 bedrooms - more like 2+3+1 - which may complicate things if you travel in 3 couples.
