Great location with large, comfy rooms. The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you. This is especially so in the restaurant where the staff work marvellously as an efficient, friendly, polite team. Didn't go down to the beach so can't say what the facilities were like there. Excellent holiday venue or for just a short break which is what we were on. Book example of the fact that the most important value of any enterprise are their employers. Perfect service all the time, people working hard but always smiling and communicating, creating very familiar atmosphere. Hope to come back for holiday :).
alla recensioner » From my arrival into the hotel I felt the special care of the entire personnel. The food and the atmosphere in the restaurant was excellent. The single care was not to eat too much. Everywhere it was clean and tidy. Nice modern and comfortable rooms, beautiful pool area, wide variety of food and polite staff.All in all, a great choice for holidays in Kos and real bargain for the price. Beautiful spacious family room. Good variety of food each day. Staff very friendly and efficient. Good location, only 4km from Kos town and bus stop outside door of hotel. Weather ... :d, sport facilities in Sun Palace and in the neighberhood, nice polish animator, nice staff... staff esp. Stimatis Maitre d'hotel, cosy and peaceful environment. Large and good equiped room. Free sunbed. Friendly saff. Big family Rooms All inclusive. Nice place and good service. Everything :). Room is well designed. Staff is freindly and positive. Meals are delecious. The pool and surrounding area is nice. The level of music nearby the poll is not disturbing. There are bird watching houses between the hotel and the beach. room with view/good food for all inclusive/friendly staff. Personal very frendly, good food and good animation team. big rooms, clean and modern. Can't really think of anything. The wifi didn't work in my room. Can't really think of anything. Entertainment programme was repetitive. Same activities each day. The mosquitoes ... that didn`t allowed us to sleep with open window ... wifi not working well, rooms could be maintained better (AC, bathroom). Quite long distance to sea (400 m). Music too loud in the night Some of the free Drinks are not of good quality (coffee or cola) Pebble beach a little bit far from hotel. Pool side bar makes a lot of noise especially at night time. Music is too loud and can't sleep !. The dishes are not that clean enough. Pork food is generally served. The names and the contents of the meals are not written nearby the meals. The hotel is approximately 5km far from the city center and 500m far from the sea. the beach/volume of the music at night/fair animation program/no snacks to order except the meals time/no local products in the meals esp. in breakfast. Not clean, very problematic to reach beach and the sea. Lot of mosquitos at evening time. Lot of rubbish outside territory. open buffet was very limited options very few staff speaks english well, big problem beach was very far frm the hotel and windy hotel is located outside of th city center.
