  Lovely setting, in the middle of the countryside but within walking distance of Xanten. Our bedroom was furnished to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly - there was no language barrier as they spoke some English a we spoke a little bit of German as well. Our breakfast was as we like it on the Continent - a b - This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel - we obviously loved it the first time, so chose to stay there again. It's in a beautiful setting, the rooms are spacious, peaceful and very comfortable. It's very calm and within easy access to the picturesque town on Xanten. Wifi access was very easy.

  Very nice, modern and clean room with a lot of facilities. The breakfast was excellent, offering everything you need nicely presented on your table. There is a parking in front of the hotel and the main square is reached in two minutes.   This is a beautiful apartment located at the very heart of this cosy historical town. Every details of this apartment was thought of carefully. You will find the furnishing and décor faultless. The kitchen has everything you need for short or long stay. Bedrooms are very nicely decorated and ample wardrobe space and very good size. T - The property has ample space. Very comfortable and up-to-date décor. Extremely clean. Sitting room with state of art Flat Screen TV. It was pretty cold there but we had no problem staying indoors and enjoying our time there. The apartment is in the city Centre. 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from Roman Park. Owners are very friendly and gave us all we needed. As my budget did not allow any cleaning fee, they were kind enough to wave that fee. Thank you Ulrika

  We loved this three bedroom apartment. It was spacious and quiet. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The landscaping was beautiful.
