The location is right in the center of the walled city. The staff was
very helpful and friendly. You could feel that it was in an 800 year old
house but only by its character and charm. I would recommend this place
to all. Parking was nearby for 5euro for all day & night. The
information center in the Marketplatz was about a 2min walk away.

A very charming traditional guesthouse in a 800 y.o. building with nice, clean, cozy and spacious rooms with reinnovated bathroom. The location is ideal for exploring the old town. Free, super-fast and reliable WiFi available. The pub downstairs is a very good option; it stays open until 11 and has some great plates and beers (plus it doesn't disturb upstairs).

The owner was very nice when my wife realized we were on the 3rd floor and she has trouble with stairs especially after a long vacation. The owner tried to accommodate on the 2nd floor but in the end we chose the original room. The owner also gave up her parking space down the street for us so my wife would not have to walk far. -

This Inn was recommended by another famous travel guide and it did not disappoint. It is on an out of the way narrow street and it looks like the nearly 600 year old building it is. Inside, taking in the decor is like drinking from a firehose, it is overwhelmingly beautiful, charming, cute, ....you name the adjective.

The hotel was ideally placed, very close to the Christmas market and not too difficult to find. The room was spacious, very clean and warm with the added bonus of free Wifi. We ate in the small , atmospheric restaurant and had a great meal with lovely wine and good German beer! Breakfast was very good and I would definately stay here again. If you are visiting the Christmas Market, please bear in mind that all the stalls close by 9pm so do your shopping first and then find somewhere to eat or

The owners are very friendly and kind.I just spent one day with my friend there but unfortunately lost my lens-cape in their lovely Inn.The host sent it to my hotel in Munich as soon as they found it.The room is tiny but clean,the home-made breakfast buffet is very delicious.I will recommend all my friends this Inn!

A great location close to the town centre. Hotel owner let me park my motorbike in his garage. Very friendly & informative staff with a great local knowledge of the surrounding area. Very clean hotel with a lovely breakfast. I would definitely stay there again & make it longer next time. We used this as an overnight stay en route to Austria & wished we'd booked an extra couple of nights.

The Fuchsmuhle is down a "very steep cliff" - this is no joke
and although my husband and I (30 years old) thought this was a fun
adventure and had no problems my parents and his (60 years old) had some
issues getting up and down - although they did it! We only met one staff
member and she was incredibly nice throughout out stay. The rooms are
basic and very clean. The breakfast is nice although a bit expensive.
