  This was the best hotel on our entire trip. The staff was extremelyefficient, polite, and helpful. They responded inmmediately to ourrequests. We would defintiely stay again if we ever have the opportunityto return to Rothenburg (which we hope we can do). The location is great- quiet, but very close to the main square. The location in the town is superb and the staff was incredibly helpful in every way. This town is not to be missed when traveling to Germany and this hotel is without a doubt the way to go from location, ambience, price, service, the whole nine yards. Thank you!

  I called in advance to say that we were late and they waited for us until 11 p.m., very much appreciated! Inside the hotel looks even better than in the photos, very nicely decorated and the room was very clean.   The room was so spacious and clean, such a great location and cheery atmosphere. I was staying in many hotels in Europe and this is the one I wanted to continue staying in if I could have!   The hotel has a convenient location- 2 blocks from the entrance of the old town of Rothenburg. We could walk there from the hotel. Rooms were clean and sufficient for our use. There is also a nice restaurant and breakfast is included. - Close to the city - convenient walk. Excellent food.

  We stayed in the 4 person apartment. It was a little outdated, but reasonable. It was very clean and ready to go once we arrived. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you have about touring the local area. The biergarten and restaurant were great. The food was even better. Breakfast was also wonderful. Location is extremely close to the Markt Platz and many sites. - Exceptional staff with extraordinary service and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel!

  Hotel Uhl surpased our expectations. After a very long journey we were immediately set at ease by Robert who warmly greeted us. He effeciently checked us in, showed us where to park, and pointed us in the directlon of the Night Watchman Tour. Rooms were charming and clean. Breakfast was good. Robert responded immediately to our emails and tracked it down at the laundry company and shipped it back - Wonderful stay! The hotel is family run and you couldn't ask for more personal service.   We had a great stay! My husband, myself and our two year-old arrived on a Friday evening and stayed until Sunday. The double room was a wonderful size, especially for a European hotel. We had our daughter sleep in the couch, which could easily fit a smaller adult. (Not sure about the comfort of it.) Our bed was great.
