We liked the location very much, from where you had a nice view on Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Die Fuchsmühle is down in the valley, crossed by a river. The Fuchsmuhle is down a "very steep cliff" - this is no joke
and although my husband and I (30 years old) thought this was a fun
adventure and had no problems my parents and his (60 years old) had some
issues getting up and down - although they did it! We only met one staff
member and she was incredibly nice throughout out stay. The rooms are
basic and very clean. The breakfast is nice although a bit expensive.
There is a little family room where you can sit and enjoy coffee/tea

Personligt trevligt hotell med väldigt fina rum. Vi blev väldigt väl mottagna.Hotellet låg centralt men ändå väldigt lugnt och tyst Restaurangen var utmärkt. It is old inappearance but the inside has been completely redone and is modern yetkeeps the feel of the place. It was quiet and the food was really verygood. The staff was helpful and our stay was perfect.

Very close to station, easy reach if Aldstat and long routed walking. Clean, comfy and very warm in winter! Great beds! I asked for a room change as I was initially unhappy, and at a small extra cost, it was no problem. Food wonderful here and the owners are great! Beautiful, amazing, friendly town! An absolute 'must' if you're on a budget! -
