But once taking the staircase ..; The calm, the quality ot the materials used, the comfort of the room, the bathroom, the beds, the wifi... exquisite! It is easy to walk to all the towns attractions from the hotel. The free WiFi worked well and the included breakfast was nice. The staff were very helpful and happily dealt with any special requests.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Erfurt is a beautiful city with nice shopping opportunities.
