  Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb.   Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful (I rushed in from the car after a long drive and needed to use the WC before even checking in and they were very helpful!). The room was beautiful, modern, big and airy. It is directly across from the famous restaurant Auerbach's Keller where Goethe sets the scene in which Faust sells his soul to the devil. Great meal and wonderful paintings.   This is a great place to stay in Dresden. We were there for the Christmas markets and the hotel's location was ideal. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. A few tips if you stay here: - Remember that this is an apartment hotel and is not serviced daily. We had a lovely room,great location, the swimming pool was great, the dining room has an amazing chef that makes amazing food, but best of all the staff were all wonderful.   Large room. Comfortable. Clean. Good value for money. Sauna (but i didn't have the opportunity to test it because I stay only one night). - only stopped one night while in town to see a friends gig. The hotel is so close and handy for the venue I will keep it in mind when back touring with bands. Staff were friendly and it was great value.
