  breakfast is excellent! maybe the best breakfast i have ever had. very clean. looks new. enough space in the room. individual cabinet with lock in the room. - Great value for money, very clean, great rooms and bathrooms. A decent breakfast and a late bar

  it's a youth hostel in name but its more like a hotel. It's very clean, modern and spacious. The general decor is tasteful and it's quiet. It has 7 floors. The buffet style breakfast is simple but very nice. The room was nice and comfy. At night I couldn't hear other guests or noise from the street. It was good value for money and well located. It... vad folk säger » s across the river so to go to the city centre it's a 15 minute walk across the bridge. In the area around the hostel there are restaurants and some b - I was very surprised by this hotel! I was attending a conference and all hotels were fully booked in Cologne so the only fair option was this hotel. I was expecting a terrible hostel but actually I got a nice and spacious room with a view to the cathedral!!! The room was simple but very clean with a comfortable shower and wc. I highly recommend if you want a great location in Koln for a very good price. Staff was great, breakfast simple. The building is also new. Ask for room 703!
