  We had a very clean, comfortable room overlooking the street on the first floor. The custom built furnishings were very nice, as was the walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. The windows are easy to open and had blackout curtains. The staff was incredibly gracious and helpful and the additional breakfast was well worth the price and had lots of va... vad folk säger » riety and nice touches (organic eggs from "happy chickens"). The location is great and lets you pop back to your room for a break during sightseeing. - Liz from KL summed it up well. We had the top floor room which is split over two levels, and fro the top level we could see the Dom. Very convenient location, close to railway station and there is a suburban line almost right underneath the hotel now, so convenient to arrive into the city by train. Breakfast was outstanding, with local gourmet ingredients. Great staff. Quiet location too, set on a quiet back street just outside the central part of town. Highly recommend this place.

  Very friendly welcome. Excellent facilities. Excellent brackfeast service which was tasty and good value for money. Friendly hosts! As a note, it would be handy to inform beforehand that payment can only be done in cash. I was treated to a very friendly and helpful Landlady, who really went out of her way to make my stay very comfortable and easy. I cannot praise the accommodation and kindness highly enough.   Rosi's apartment, just outside the city centre, is spacious and immaculate. We really enjoyed staying there, visiting local cafes and strolling the short 10mins into the main square of Cologne and the Dom. Rosi could not be more helpful, the rooms are beautifully designed and every little detail has been thought of. The little extra touches made it very homely. Great location near brauhauses and cafes and an easy walk to the Dom and central Cologne. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.
