  Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra rum med extrabäddar en trappa upp som gjorde att det blev mycket rymd i rummet och att det var gott om plats. Bra att kunna checka in själv de tider det inte fanns personal vid disken. Bra med fri bilparkering direkt i anslutning till hotellet. - Perfekt luftkonditionerat

  Pleasantly surprising, this hotel. Off the beaten track, it was by chance I stumbled upon it, but it appeared to be immensely popular, the terrace was crowded from afternoon until closing time, the kitchen running full tilt.   The couple running the hotel were extremely accomadating. They were very friendly, and although the didn't speak much english tried to help us with directions to local attractions.   Owner was cheerful and helpful, room was large and wholly acceptable. Note, however, comments made by others about the glass doors and tub surround in the bathroom. This is all part of the ultra chic German post- modern design of the place, and might not be to some people's taste. Yes, I did run into the door once, but I learned my lesson. Parking adequate, but unsecured. - Very well equipped room with comfortable bed, good bathroom and cooking facilities. Nice big room, good chairs, free wi-fi worked well. Complimentary drinks and fruit. Breakfast very good. 2 mile easy walk into Aachen or take No 25 bus. Vaals is 5 minutes away for No 50 bus to Maastricht. Owners very nice and helpful. Would return if in Aachen and highly recommend it.
