  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality.   Friendly staff, very clean and fresh room. Very fast taxi service, at least outside of rush hours - the hotel was great,very modern,very clean and spacious. the stuff was very helpful and always willing to answer questions and help us. i definately recommend it

  Modern atmosphere. Alot of business people in the lobby. We wore shorts and felt a little bit out of place. Lots of parking spots. Room had air cond. - Overall staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent service and quality of food in the hotel restaurant and bar. Very comfortable and spacious rooms.

  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   Soft pillows, excellent wifi in room, big shower with lots of hot water, good view, right next to the messe, elevators, nearby parking cheaper than hotel parking, large and soft towels, big bed, nice and helpful staff, a few English channels on television - Hotel gave me a free room upgrade. This is one of the nicer European hotels I've stayed in... vad folk säger » . While it definitely had the elements of a larger hotel chain, there was still enough uniqueness to it that it felt distinctly European/German to me.

But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
