  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers. Location is great, is few km away from the closes big city which is what I wanted, very nice charming view and many routes f... vad folk säger » or hiking or cycling.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Room great - The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant served very good meals. The location was within walking distance to downtown and there was a nice walking path to get some fresh air.

  It was very clean, well-located and quiet. The close proximity of the city and the abundance of public transport were also very important. This is a great hotel to stay in for ease of visiting Koln and Bonn, yet only a very short distance away from the crowded tourist areas. - The relaxed friendly atmosphere , location is excellent

  A great comfortable clean relaxing stay. Loads of snow, great sauna/pool and hot tubs (dont miss them) friendly staff and an excellent location. I'd imagine it was as stunning in summer as it was in winter. Thank you very much Hapimag Winterberg. But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
