  Very good standard and spacious rooms with direct access to a closed garden. In fact one of the best rooms on this trip back from South of France to Norway by car. A drawback that the restaurant did not serve evening meals. After a long day on the road it is not your highest priority to go around looking for restaurants in the city.

  Absolutely wonderful setting and the hotel is beautiful. The meal we had was one of the best I have had in Germany. So good we took friends back a week later. A wonderful experience. - Nice old rooms (castle is build 1904) , good service and breakfast, wonderful view on the werra river.

  The ladies that work the desk and in the brekfast room were very friendly and extremely nice. They always had a smile and made me feel very welcome. They went out of their way to help me with my travel plans, including making sure brekfast was ready a bit earlier than nirmal so I could eat before my trip to the airport. Super staff!
