  Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation.   The staff was very accommodating, letting us check in early. The room was very comfortable with lots of touches of "home". Perfect location to explore a delightful town.   eftersom som jag var på mässan så var det perfekt - I have to say that the Hessischer Hof is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are furnished with real taste and style. I stayed for three nights and despite the great facilities and complimentary drinks, I must say that the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff.   Beautiful hotel, warm and caring staff. Great food. The rooms are large for European hotels and have real balconies. Very quiet and peaceful. Anna went out of her way to make sure we were pleased with our stay. This is the best hotel experience we have ever had in Europe, and we've been around a lot.   The ladies that work the desk and in the brekfast room were very friendly and extremely nice. They always had a smile and made me feel very welcome. They went out of their way to help me with my travel plans, including making sure brekfast was ready a bit earlier than nirmal so I could eat before my trip to the airport. Super staff!

  The room was small but well laid out, clean and comfortable. This was the so-called budget room, and it has a private bathroom outside the room. Breakfast was fine, and the price was excellent. - Staff very helpfel, room 13 was vry comfortable, and the breakfast was great!
