  A nice touch in the heat of the summer was that none alcoholic drinks were provided free of charge in the mini-bar. - Staff was very helpfull and the hotel was a grand old world castle !!!! Very good value for the price.

  Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation.   Very comfortable and clean. We also had a lounge, of sorts, which came in handy as we took our dog with us and it was good to leave her there at night so she didn't wake us. There was also a balcony, which would have been useful had the weather been better. All together a very nice hotel, with really friendly people.

All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are furnished with real taste and style.
