  The service was outstanding. It was like having our own personal trip planner for a day in Munich. The breakfast was amazing -- the best we had in Europe. Fresh squeezed orange juice and a huge assortment of quality foods. The location is in the suburbs of Munich, but very convenient to a train station with day parking cost of one Euro and 20 ... vad folk säger » minutes train ride into Munich. Location is very convenient to the autobahn and plenty of parking. Hotel room was spacious, new, clean, comfortable, - Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed for breakfast. It was great that breakfast was included and it was a fantastic buffet to choose from. We had plenty of room in the quad room for the three of us. I highly recommend this hotel. The best comfort that we have stayed at so far.

  Excellent location & easy to find if you arrive in Munich at the main train station. Room was modern, stylish, really clean, and large (especially by European standards). The free wifi worked great. Very nice amenities, including in-room safe, refrigerator with included bottled water & paid minibar setup, large flat-screen TV, kettle to bo... vad folk säger » il water for coffee & tea, etc. Bathroom was really spacious, and the shower was large & roomy with both a luxurious rainshower showerhead and - New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street. I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

  There was nothing I didn't like. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was welcoming and hospitable. I like that the hotel had a fitness center and sauna. The breakfast was also fantastic.   This hotel for me was very comfortable. I had booked single room then requested a single superior. The single rooms are on the street side which could get quite noisy not a problem if you want to use the air-con. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh. Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

  The wonderful apartment had a lot of place, extra-comfortable beds andvery warm atmosphere. The premiere tv was included in room price andthis is a really good feature. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

  staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth. But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures. Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale. Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable

  Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to move around. We arrived in Munich by train & found the walk to the Eurostars Hotel easy even with our suitcases. - My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and courteous,though this does not take away from the fact that your staff is excelle

This is a really beautiful hotel. Everything still looks and feels brand new. It is not in the city centre but you can use the S-bahn to get there.

  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. Supermarket nearby, will definitely stay here again! - The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.
