  Location, quality of room, breakfast spread. Staff is very polite and friendly. This was my 2nd visit to Munich and 2nd stay at Regent as well.   Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard.   nice room with a little fridge, stove, microwave etc. They gave two bottle of water and two bottles of beer a day for free which is very rare in Europe. This was the best placed we stayed during our entire trip accross europe. - Great room, very nice hotel, very nice hotel staff

Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then.   Our rooms were as clean and comfortable as any we have stayed in. Thestaff was wonderful, very accomodating. The resturant was excellent,including the service.
