  As far as we could make out everything was as near perfect as it could be, apart from the weather. You can't blame the hotel for that! The rooms are excellent, having recently been renovated, and the supply of kettle with tea, coffee and milk is a plus, which very few continental hotels seem to have taken up; a definite feather in their cap. We we... vad folk säger » re also 'offered' the use of umbrellas for the inclement weather without having to ask. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We - Thelocation is smashing within walking distance to a peaceful but efficient railway station. Excellent connections to Lindau, Ulm, Oberstdorf ,Wangen im Allgau etc. The town itself is beautiful, small with some very nice buildings. The staff were extremely gentle and helpful.The food for breakfast and also for dinner was excellent. Value for money... Would strongly reccommend to anyone hoping to travel in wonderful Allgau. We had to extend our stay because of flight exigencies.... no problem
