  The hotel was well located only a short drive from the autobahn and a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were large and clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. - Staff members all happy to respond quickly to requests.

  Staff responded to my requests for area maps, extra bed, wake up call. They were very pleasant and informative. The restaurant was great. - The food was great. The service and staff were very helpfull and the quality of the room was excellent.

  I know there have been a few poor reviews of this hotel but if you go ask for a street side room, the rooms are spacious, the beds ae firm but fine and the room is clean and functional. It's not luxurious and that's ok for what you pay. If we come again I would stay here again - The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to the train station. There were tram and bus stops nearby as well. Breakfast was very nice. I mentioned that it was our one year anniversary, and we had fresh fruit in our room when we arrived. I'm not sure if it's standard, but it was definitely a nice treat since we checked in at around midnight and were a bit hungry.

  I was very impressed by the friendly staff to mention one particular receptionist who went a mile to make is comfortable , Jessi thank you . The location is great , the staff are friendly , good value for money and very clean indeed . The staffs were generally cheerful and very helpful. The fact that it is close to the train station makes it particularly convenient to move around.
