  well-equipped room, quiet, easy to sleep, decent breakfast, at least 3 different tram lines within 1km radius, 24 hour access with key - Really nice place, with a nice staff behind it. Just 15min from Alexandreplatz, from de M4 Tram. Simple but good breakfeast.

  good location for car owners because it's situated just outside the Umwelt-zone, there is every 6 min a tram going to Alexanderplatz (you are there in less then 10min), friendly hotel owners and spacious room+bathroom, very clean and well equipped. Easy to park your car in the street (for free) or at their small private parking. Am just back from... vad folk säger » a 4 day visit in this hotel and I can recommend it to everyone. Cheap priced hotel! - It was easy to go to the downtown by tram!

  The location was good. Very quiet, close to a underground / subway stop and close to free parking. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. - Very last minute booking due to air traffic ... vad folk säger » control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.

  The apartment is very well furnished and can easily accommodate a family of 3 with option for additional child bed on request for a small fee. The apartment is VERY CLOSE to many top attractions in Berlin. We could even take a small refreshing break at the apartment in the middle of the day during our trip! The best of all, the care taker & proprietor... they r - Excellent location, we found the apartment easily, a representative of the owner was waiting for us there, gave us directions to a place to reach by public transportation were excellent, one-room apartment with a very large shower, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the TV tower, a place recommended.

  Rent o frächt. Info av Ralf när vi kom var mkt uppskattad. Vi fick hjälp med beställning av taxi som var på plats i tid. Kanon!!. Skall rekommendera andra. - I think I liked everything! The people working there are very helpful, positive and they provide you with all kind of useful information about the city. The rooms are tidy, clean and well decorated. - Very friendly staff, nice facilities, room was very nicely done, felt like a hostel/hotel, we were in the comfort room which were en-suite and a very nice place to stay! Close links to the trains/metro etc.
