The decor and attention to detail....Personal style and not typical chain hotel...Good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant... Nice clientele, so quality fellow guests not package tour brigade..Staff very helpful and quality...Food good...Nice wines....Stayed in 4 hotels as car was being repaired ,my children thought this one the best,me too. -

the hotel was lovely and one of the bar staff was really friendly and helpful and even booked us a table at a restaurant that he had recommended for a romantic meal as my boyfriend and I had got engaged the night before

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

Bra rum. Utmärkt frukost. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal vid receptionen. Mycket bra att hotellet säljer endagarskort för kollektivtrafiken (borde finnas skylt om detta). The room we had was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. -

Fantastic central location, within walking distance of all major sites and plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer. All in all it has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long while, we couldn't fault anything. - The staff were extremely courteous

Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be.
If I'll be again in Berlin, I'd stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for others.

Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.

We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from
reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing
that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch
(muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread).
This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...).

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. All the staff spoke English and very friendly andaccommodating. 10 minute walk to the Metro.
