  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.   The location is fantastic. The hotel combines all modern convenienceswith old world charm. We loved it! Great hotel. Lovely room. Great bed.Also, very quiet. - The staff were very friendly and had great customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great also.
