Hotel facilities and standards are excellent as is access to Berlin's U & S Bahn tram/train systems with the stations right by the hotel. Reaching Alexander Platz is just a10 min journey. Overall a very well appointed hotel, fantastic value for money compared with other hotels and staff were extremely attentive and helpful.

Bra rum. Utmärkt frukost. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal vid receptionen. Mycket bra att hotellet säljer endagarskort för kollektivtrafiken (borde finnas skylt om detta). Fin och stor park mittemot hotellet för morgonpromenader/jogging (kanske mer info om detta i receptionen). - Bra med spårvagnar nära hotellet. Detta bör ni lyfta fram tydlig

The location was good, just a little out of the heart of the city. There was plenty of room to move around. Everyone on the staff spoke fluent English. Best food is two streets behind the hotel. Loved the style! Also, I loved being in Prenzlauer Berg close to great shops, restaurants, etc. It is conveniently located to Alexanderplatz, but not too close that the Chaos from that comes near by. You can take the tram 3 stops or walk there. Beautiful light, comfortable studio! I wish I had an apt. like this in Berlin. :)

This was a fabulous small hotel in the heart of a great neighbourhood of Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. Unbelievable location in quiet area yet steps from the hip shops and cafes in this great area. Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. The Hotel is very new and very attractively decorated. The room we had was very big - it had 3 beds in it and a settee! The location is excellent for using the S-bahn - about a 3 minute walk from the station. The staff are very freindly and helpful.
