I liked the hotel in general. It's a musical one where the music is
almost is everywhere, even in the elevaters. The desin of the room
including the path is nice with a beautiful wall paint 4 the room. The
room is provided with a smart screen where there is a list of new movies
to be watched for fee. The room is also a good choice 4 married people
specially the youth. I liked the bar and sometimes there might be

Bra rum. Utmärkt frukost. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal vid receptionen. Mycket bra att hotellet säljer endagarskort för kollektivtrafiken (borde finnas skylt om detta). Fin och stor park mittemot hotellet för morgonpromenader/jogging (kanske mer info om detta i receptionen). - Bra med spårvagnar nära hotellet. Detta bör ni lyfta fram tydlig

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. Breakfast was excellent, Staff serving breakfast was very obliging. Tram, Underground are not far away so you can reach downtown in minutes - Nice looking, clean and comfortable rooms. Polite staff. Excellent breakfast. Only Good communications: 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz with M5/M6, and only one station to Landsberger Allee with M5/M6.

We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even
a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed
was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and
always immaculate! We didn't get the breakfast so I can't
comment on that, but there was bakeries everywhere, so don't feel

While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.

We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from
reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing
that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch
(muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread).
This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...).

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.
