  The location was very nice; and convenient for the U Bahn. The rooms was spacious and well furnished; the staff were very friendly and helpful. - Excellent hotel. Very nice and helpfull staff. New big rooms and good beds.

  Staff friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of the English language , some with a knowledge of colloquial english. Food excellent and with generous portions service was excellent as well . I would and will recommend the Ibis Hotel at Hamburg to my collegues. - I always liked the location and the rooms. And the food is good. Last good meals ... vad folk säger » before leaving Germany. Location is preferable as it takes only 10-15 minutes walk to reach terminals from hotel and stil minibus transfer is avaiolable for 3-5 minutes drive to terminal and/or back! - We liked the food, the clean room, the courteous service - especially the Ethiopian gentleman who served our food.
