  Bra läge. Nära till två tunnelbanestioner. Väldigt lätt att ta sig till hotellet med tunnelbanan från flygplatsen. Nära till centrumet(10 minuters gång till Rathaus). Rummet var stort, hade alla bekvämligheter,modern design. Otroligt bra utsikt över staden från rummet. Väldigt vänlig personal-fick alltid hjälp direkt när vi frågade dem.   25hours Hafen City is a very nice design hotel with harbor concept. There are esprits that you find in the design which makes you feel good and surprises sometimes.   So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! The staff were excellent and able converse easily in English which enhanced the visit for us. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.   The view is wonderful overseeing the harbour! The room is as well as high-tech and comfort. We were having fun in those high-tech buttoms close/open the window blades and turn on/off the lights. As an apartment, the facilities are very complete but simple. A good local shopping fun! - This was first time having a Suite. I felt like having my first compartment this time 60 m2 with a full kitchen, dining table, sofa set and a panorama view over Elbe river and the harbour. I bought some food nearby and wine and had a nice party with my friends in the evening. It really pays of to have a suite not all needs to have it but with this resource you can make something very good with your business friends.

  Fräscht hotell med bra läge. - Service excellent and staff friendly. Rooms spacious and well designed. Well placed for access to Hamburg. Would highly recommend as a city base. - Kindness of the staff. We were tired after our way to Hamburg. They ensured very pleasant welcoming! Breakfast is excellent!
