  The staff - friendly and professional and courteous. The modern amenities. I left my phone in the room when I checked out. When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).

  Hospitable and ready-to-help staff, cosy rooms, all at hand, excellent location, close to subway station, wonderful Japanese restaurant in the hotel, quick check-in and check out. - Whole stay was fantastic!

  This hotel is very modern, beautiful designed and glamorous. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We would like particularly to accentuate the kindness and warm welcome of the receptionist Mirjana, who was always of great help. Decor was stunning, great restuarant and bar, it has a gym and spa room but didn't explore that. The hotel has everything with such an amazing vibe it's very easy to not leave the hotel

  eftersom som jag var på mässan så var det perfekt - I have to say that the Hessischer Hof is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are furnished with real taste and style. The dinne... vad folk säger » r and breakfasts were excellent. I felt that the hotel staff really wanted your stay to be enjoyable. - Excellent hotel all around. I stayed for three nights and despite the great facilities and complimentary drinks, I must say that the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. I don´t remember a hotel with as nice staff as the Hotel Hessischer Hof
