  Staff was ok, helpful when needed. Easy to find, just take the line 16 tram at the hauptbanhof direction ginheim, stop at bockenheim warte. Bed was comfortable. Room was so spacious.   All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel.
