Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then. We also liked paying for hotel on completion of stay and not having to pay in full when reservation was made! - The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
