  Excellent staff (very welcoming and efficient) with good English spoken. Given a choice of room facing courtyard (quiet) or room facing street (with great view but slightly noisier) Large spacious room with seating area, Very clean and well furnished. WiFi in room (free). Good restaurant on the ground floor with bar (no pressure to have a meal) and a bar on the 14th floor with exceptional views of the c - Hotel facilities and standards are excellent as is access to Berlin's U & S Bahn tram/train systems with the stations right by the hotel. Reaching Alexander Platz is just a10 min journey. Overall a very well appointed hotel, fantastic value for money compared with other hotels and staff were extremely attentive and helpful.

  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.
