  25hours Hafen City is a very nice design hotel with harbor concept. There are esprits that you find in the design which makes you feel good and surprises sometimes. Location is at the opposite of U-Bahn stop at Hafen City which is quite convenient for transportation. Reception staff is welcoming, friendly, nice people.   So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! The staff were excellent and able converse easily in English which enhanced the visit for us. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.   Korrekt personal, hög säkerhet, service bra - the room was very clean and new and it was very roomy. the bathroom had a fantastic shower. the location of the hotel is excellent, the street behind the hotel is full of restaurants. there are nice breakfast places there as well, so no need to pay for the hotel breakfast. there were some reviews abo... vad folk säger » ut noise, but that was not my experience. we were only on the second floor but it was not noisy - The room was fantastic - really spacious and with a good view of the Alster. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was well placed for walking into the city centre.
