  The attention to detail was very obvious compared with other hotels, eg coffee maker, complimentary welcome gift of wine and snack, provision of books about Germany in all languages. Character of decor was consistent, staff was very helpful and we were greeted with a glass of champagne as we checked in.   Our room was very spacious and had a brilliant bathroom and service area. It was comfortable and very well-appointed with decent armchairs, generous wardrobe space and an interesting design décor.
