  Bra läge. Nära till två tunnelbanestioner. Väldigt lätt att ta sig till hotellet med tunnelbanan från flygplatsen. Nära till centrumet(10 minuters gång till Rathaus). Rummet var stort, hade alla bekvämligheter,modern design. Otroligt bra utsikt över staden från rummet. Väldigt vänlig personal-fick alltid hjälp direkt när vi frågade dem.   Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area. It's close to shopping and sights, too, and if you're not too burdened with luggage, you can walk from the cruise center (we did, with 50-pound bags). Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice bar. Our first stay an in Ibis ... vad folk säger » and we were pleasantly surprised. We'd stay at Ibis again. - Location was a big plus, walking distance from train station and main city attractions. Staff at the breakfast buffet, bar and front desk were very nice. Breakfast buffet was fair considering the price.

  Korrekt personal, hög säkerhet, service bra - the room was very clean and new and it was very roomy. the bathroom had a fantastic shower. the location of the hotel is excellent, the street behind the hotel is full of restaurants. there are nice breakfast places there as well, so no need to pay for the hotel breakfast. there were some reviews abo... vad folk säger » ut noise, but that was not my experience. we were only on the second floor but it was not noisy - The room was fantastic - really spacious and with a good view of the Alster. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was well placed for walking into the city centre.

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience. Short walk to Town Hall square and lake. Very helpful staff at reception. Seuss penthouse suite which was superb and excellent value.
