Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be.
If I'll be again in Berlin, I'd stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for others.

Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.

Ett härligt hotell med allt vad man behöver! Extra lyxigt med morgonrock, badtofflor, allt vad man behöver i badrummet. Badbassängen funkade bra. Great location, very nice and modern design of the hotel. Everything we needed was in our room, incl. set for tea/coffee preperation - which is very important for us. Room was very silent. We didn't hear any noises from the outside or from other rooms/corridors. Super comfortable, large bed. I truly recommend that hotel! -

The staff especially Joy was very helpful with making reservations for us as well as giving us directions . The rooms were clean and the hotel was not noisy even though our windows faced a main street.

Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
