  Everything! The staff are extremely polite and professional. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The selection of food at breakfast was excellent. We moved to this hotel after a very bad experience at another hotel in Paderborn. Excellent variety of foods on the buffet at breakfast. Excellent location, easy walk to sites, shops and restaurants. Best steak I've ever had at Gaucho's nearby.

  Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. - The hotel is excellent, opposite a quiet park and a small river. There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby, and the centre of the town is around 10 minutes walk away. The room we had was very large and bright, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. Good position in the city, you can reach by walk both the city centre and the HNF museum. The bed was very confortable.

  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I had a double room and it was bright, spacious, well laid out and very clean. The Restaurant was very nice with a good selection of German food, which more importantly was very tasty, with large portions. Overall - great. - The hotel was very relaxed and friendly. The staff were extremely helpful, cooperative and flexible as the duration of my stay became uncertain due to work commitments. The food was excellent and the menu was varied. I shall be staying at this hotel again on any return visit to this area.

  The staff is plesant and efficient. They apologised that there was no menu in english and quickly located someone in the staff to sit with me and translate what was in the menu. This is *Service*. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. - good and new sauna facilities, very friendly and helpful personnel.
